How To Create An Account
When you purchase for the first time through our store, you will need to create an account. Creating an account allows you to view your previous orders and update vital information, like your delivery address and contact details. Returning customers can login to their accounts by coming to this page, or at checkout.
Creating an account for the first time can be done at checkout. Simply tick “Create an account” towards the bottom of the checkout page, and enter your chosen username and password (see image below). Once you have completed your purchase, your account will be created.
How To Reset Your Password
By clicking here (https://theblockshop.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/) you can reset your password if you have forgotten this. You will need to enter either your user name, or the email associated with your account.
After you have entered your details, you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
